They spoiled her rotten and fattened her up, and everyone loves her, but they already have four dogs and several chickens, and just can't add another critter to the menagerie.

Last night, she went with a family from the Club. The daughter really, really, really wanted her, and the mom reluctantly allowed it. If that doesn't work out, Missy's back with me.

We (me, Dad, and everyone who's been helping care for her) feel guilty, sending her back out into the world, away from our protection.Keanan Brandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12638962927055276969noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1656035854180770700.post-47779978866472769052007-11-27T13:33:00.000-06:002007-11-27T13:33:00.000-06:00Hey, I didn't see her picture before! (donning my dark sunglasses and looking around furtively)

Between "Miss Thing" choosing my house and needing so much care, and the generous help from Mom, Dad and his wife, I think I'm now a pet owner. Dagnabit! Now I have to be responsible and stuff.Keanan Brandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12638962927055276969noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1656035854180770700.post-26588106583698043282007-11-14T13:43:00.000-06:002007-11-14T13:43:00.000-06:00Do you want to give her up? Kinda makes me feel obligated to let her stay.
